Q: What is your shipping policy, and how do I track my package?

A: We offer FREE standard shipping (USPS Media Mail) on all orders! We ship anywhere within the US and generally ship orders within one business day of order placement. USPS Media Mail (standard free shipping) should arrive within 4-9 business days of shipment. We also offer upgrades to USPS Priority Mail for an additional $3.95, which should arrive within 2-3 business days of shipment, and USPS Express for an additional charge starting as low as $17.95, which is guaranteed to arrive the next business day following shipment to most locations across the US. Shipping times will vary depending on package destination relative to our shipping facility located in Columbia, MO. For instructions on upgrading to USPS Priority Mail, see "How do I checkout / upgrade to faster shipping?" below. If you wish to upgrade to USPS Express shipping, please checkout using standard free shipping, and email us immediately following your order. We will make every effort to get your order out the same day, and will send you a separate bill for your upgrade to USPS Express shipping. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing your order’s tracking information. By following the tracking link in the email, you will be able to view the current status and location of your package.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: We accept payments from all major credit/debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal accounts. All payments made on our website are processed though PayPal, which ensures the safety and security of your sensitive financial data. In fact, when you make a payment on our website, your financial information is passed directly to PayPal's secure servers, and never even enters our system. While all payments are processed through PayPal, a PayPal account is NOT necessary to make a payment on our website.

Q: How do I checkout / upgrade to faster shipping?

A: When you are ready to checkout, go to your shopping cart (click "View Cart" at the top-right of any page). Click "Proceed to checkout". Enter your credit/debit card information and click "Review Order and Continue" or log into your PayPal account. You should now be at the "Review your payment" page. Next to "Shipping and handling" you have the option to change your shipping method to Priority Mail (2-3 business days) for an additional $3.95. If you wish to upgrade to USPS Express shipping, please checkout using standard free shipping, and email us immediately following your order. We will make every effort to get your order out the same day, and will send you a separate bill for your upgrade to USPS Express shipping. Click "Pay Now" to complete your order and payment.

Q: What is the quality of your books?

A: The majority of our books are used, unless otherwise noted. Our used books have varying degrees of wear any may include highlighting, notes, and varying degrees of cover wear.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We allow returns up to 30 days from order placement. If the item you receive is incorrect or misrepresented, we will send you the corrected item via expedited shipping at no additional charge, and require that you send the misrepresented item back to us. In the case of an incorrect or misrepresented item, we will reimburse you up to $4.00 for return postage per book. For all other customer returns, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and will be issued a refund for the cost of the item only upon receipt of the package.

Q: Why are your books so cheap?

A: Unlike campus bookstores, which have expensive physical stores to maintain, our books are available for sale strictly online and are shipped directly from our warehouse. This increased efficiency and cost savings allows us to sell our textbooks for significantly less than your local bookstore.
